Hovercraft There is a foot passenger hovercraft service between Portsmouth and Ryde. At Ryde you can catch the train to Sandown or Lake. The hovercraft is operated by www.hovertravel.co.uk - Tel: 01983 717700
	Train Trains can be booked direct to Sandown including the ferry. Trains connects with the "FastCat" ferry service at Portsmouth harbour. The ferry crossing to and Ryde pier head is approx 20 mins. Sandown station is 20 mins for Ryde and the house is a 15 min walk. Taxis are often available from Sandown. Times and Durations
